This entry is about my favorite food or noodle soup called Ramen, which is originally a Chinese noodle soup but that uniquely evolved to the new style in Japan.
Ramen typically has 4 different tastes:
+ Shio Ramen (Salt based)
+ Shoyu Ramen (Soy sauce based)
+ Miso Ramen (Miso based)
+ Tonkotsu Ramen (Pork based)

Originally, Ramen had 4 different tastes but it recently introduced the new taste called double soup (W-soup) that is mixture of seafood taste soup and chicken and/or pork taste soup. This certainly gives you a very unique, rich and deep taste. I highly recommend that you try Ramen with its double soup. Of course, I am going to introduce one of the best ramen noodle shops in Tokyo with its double soup, which is also highly ranked at a word-of-mouth ranking site for foods in Japanese or sort of Japanese yelp.
